Use-case profiles — thinking the LDT applications through#
Every application of the LDT gets one profile page, following the twelve-part skeleton of the iSHARE Template's Use Case Development block. The profiles do double duty:
- they are the scope definition of PD4 chapter 1 — what the governance scheme must cover, and
- they generate the requirements for the technical blocks — every "sharing rule needed" listed here must land as a policy, licence or contract clause elsewhere in this repo.
| Profile | Owner | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Cartagena — LEZ, air quality & heat | Ayuntamiento de Cartagena | 🟠 drafted — owner review needed |
| Almelo/Aadorp — Positive Energy District | City of Almelo + Almelo Energie | 🟠 drafted — owner review needed |
| Aruba Airport — operational decarbonisation | FHC Corp | 🟠 drafted — owner review needed |
| Hamburg Port — logistics twin | Cartagena/ERTICO (liaison) | 🔴 no owner confirmed |
| Marketplace & CO₂ tokenisation | Nunsys + LogiNex | 🟠 drafted — owner review needed |
| AI agents & observers | iSHARE + iLabs | 🟠 drafted — owner review needed |
How to complete your profile: each profile now carries a drafted answer per section, tagged Decided, Proposed or Needs owner. Review the drafts, correct what is wrong, and answer the Needs owner requests — they state exactly what is needed and why. Then set the status above to 🟢.
The requests addressed to you are collected in Open questions for partners. Targets, source inventories and milestones are the ones nobody else can supply: they feed the PD2 and PD5 KPI sets and the technical building blocks, and no amount of drafting substitutes for them.
