Term	Meaning in the LDT
LDT	Local Digital Twin — a city's or site's digital twin instance.
LDT network	The interconnected network of Local Digital Twins built by EUTwinLink; "the LDT" in the answer slots refers to this network and its scheme.
TIPS Committee	Trust, Interoperability, Privacy & Security committee — monthly all-partner body that approves this scheme and its changes.
ITB-S	Interoperability Test Bed – Sandbox, operated in WP2 (iLabs): conformance and identity-module testing environment.
DataRights	The iSHARE DataRights Trust Framework profile applied in the LDT: identity, authorisation and machine-enforceable usage policies (wallets, VCs, RBAC/ABAC, ODRL).
Commons controls	Community-level controls over citizen/community data (HyEnSys/Ayra bridge), on top of standard access & usage policies.
Scheme Owner	iSHARE Foundation — operates the Trusted List, certification and the canonical framework the LDT scheme derives from.
PD4	Pilot Deliverable 4 "Governance Scheme" (due 30 Oct 2026) — the deliverable this repository produces.
TGB	The LDT4SSC third-party grant body that receives and accepts pilot deliverables and pays the financial support.
DUG(O)	Data Usage Group (Operator) — a use-case-level grouping with its own stricter policies, within the scheme's baseline.
